NYK-FIL

We value partnerships. The value of a partnership is something very close to our hearts. For the past two (2) decades, we have worked hard to nurture our relationship with our Principal, our hardworking Filipino seafarers, and their families.

Because of this, our company has emerged as one of the top providers of qualified Filipino seafarers to international-going vessels of NYK Line, one of the oldest and largest shipping companies in the world.

Today, our merchant marine officers and ratings (non-officers) are in majority of the NYK fleet. They operate and man modern and sophisticated ships that traverse the seas transporting goods and raw materials across continents.

Under our E2R (Education & Training to Employment to Retirement) program, we build relationships with our seafarers from the time they are in school, throughout their professional career as seafarers, and when they retire from sea duty; we offer alternative land-based employment that enable them to use years of experience as shipping executives or maritime instructors to the younger generation of Filipino seafarers.

About Us

Growth. Reputability.

We have emerged as one of the most successful ship manning companies in the Philippines engaged in the recruitment, selection, and deployment of Filipino seafarers to the ocean-going fleet of NYK Line, one of the oldest and largest shipping companies in the world. Although a relatively young player in the ship manning business, we have carved a respectable niche in the maritime industry for our accomplishments in deploying quality seafarers as shown by various recognitions and awards received over the years. Throughout the years, we have systematically improved and re-defined our compliance to standards set by international and local regulations as well as Principal requirements and continuously came up with initiatives that enhanced our image as a reputable and trusted company—in the eyes of its Principal and the industry where we belong. Our main office is in the Intramuros district in Manila and a satellite branch in Iloilo province in the western Visayas region of the Philippines.
